4. Creativity does not necessarily occur during Period 3.

5. Open-ended questions, discussions, and assignments encourage creative expression.

6. Creativity can be measured and evaluated.

7. Problems with limiting conditions can add a level of difficulty that enhances creative thinking.

8. Creativity is enhanced by finding connections between ideas.

9. Students are encouraged to use other people's work to create something new.

10. Observation is a key element for finding problems and solving them.

11. People are more creative when they are intrinsically motivated.

12. Collaboration enhances creativity and problem solving.

13. Students need time for creative play.

14. Creativity can be used to find ways to make existing items better.
